House Committee to Discuss State Energy Policy

WHAT:    “Pennsylvania’s Energy Policy: Boom or Bust” is the title of a House Republican Policy Committee hearing to be hosted by state Rep. Jim Struzzi (R-Indiana). The discussion will focus on where our energy policy is heading and how to leverage our energy resources for an economic boom to avoid an economic bust.
WHO:    Testifiers include representatives from the Homer Center School District; Boilermakers Local 154; and Pennsylvania-based energy companies Robindale Energy, a leader in waste coal reclamation, and Doral Renewables, which specializes in renewable energy projects. 
 
WHEN:    Friday, June 23, 10 a.m.
WHERE:    Homer City Fire Department Fire Hall, 25 W. Church St., Homer City.
